Staying away from environments that are feeling hostile and unfriendly to you, can sometimes be the greatest steps you can take to your own personal empowerment.

By observing what's not working, and willing your way toward what does, you'll find greater joy, more quickly.

We all have so many things to do, right?

And then entanglements can begin in relationships where this one and that one are being emotionally triggered and instead of going within to deal with it, reactions become verbalized and then... well you know how that can evolve into a 'thing'.

Don't go there.

Let it resolve itself.

March right off and do your own thing. Stay on track!

There are so many people having all kinds of emotions triggered right now because we as humanity are elevating to a higher level.

Guess what? You cannot take your baggage with you there!

You are going to have to heal those wounds, yourself.

I can help you - through coaching and healing sessions - however, this is your work to do. For you, by you, and with assistance from a higher power if you so choose to call on It.

Secondly, it just makes sense that you really need to observe what environments you place yourself in, and in what environments do you want to be in.

​If you're changing, the old environments are not going to fit for you anymore. They're going to feel uncomfortable.

Clean up.

Step back and away.

Everything is always there for you.

Everything that would bring you joy, make you happy, have you celebrating life is all, already there for you.

Simply taking a moment and stepping back and away from the tasks of daily life or the strife that others are feeling while they are on their journey will assist you greatly.

These are steps toward your greater joy.

Use your Will to arrive to your joy. 

Otherwise, it is easy to succumb to your surroundings, and those may not always be your highest desire.

It's a discipline actually.

An awareness that comes to you.

"Is this really where I want to be right now?"

"Is this really what I want to feel right now?"

Go higher, and see what your direction is. This is always available to you.

Did you know that when I first started attempts with energetic healing, it was a result of my studies in A Course in Miracles?

Before attempting anything, I decided to 'apprentice' with the source of the content of the Course, so that I could learn to do this correctly. There was no way I was going to come out and say I could do a thing, without having been properly trained, and tested.

So I did that.

3 years, in silence, learning from 'the teacher'.

Then I started seeing a few people. Convincing them somehow to come over and lay on my couch while I practiced.

One by one, their lives changed. All of them. I saw it. They didn't want to admit it, but that's not what mattered to me.

What mattered to me was that the Holy Instant was real.

For the next 9 years, I did these sessions for free. That was from 1998-2007.
