It also shares with us that in reality, yes the nutrients in food can nourish our bodies, but it is really the Light in food that nourishes our minds, which then in turn heals our bodies. We are carried through a process of uncovering deep pockets of resistance still left hiding in the deep recesses in our minds, and because of this energetic download, we are taught how, and then given the gift of this healing. All is made of Light, and within the Light are all the nutrients needed for our bodies, our minds, and our healing. An exception journey, with accompanying music that lifts and carries. "Much as the sun shines its powerful warm rays filled with color, with propensities that can shift and align your consciousness, so too does the Earth give to all of us in her own way.
This rich fertility always available
