No matter what your political affiliation is, or what you feel about everything you see going on in our country these days, one thing is clear: we all know we have a lot of work to do.
But the Course in Miracles is very clear in its teaching: for every problem that humanity can create, God has already provided the solution.
My take on this? Get in line with your higher purpose in the world.
In my last post to you, I wrote that making any kind of life changes will involve your commitment, courage, and a whole lot of faith.
But that's only part two. The real starter in this whole deal?
Making a decision.
Have you ever thought about what truly inspires you? Those activities or experiences that really lift your spirit? You know and have experienced this before - they gently caress your soul, propel you into higher thoughts, and make you feel elevated and just good about life.
For many of us, losing Robin wasn't the same as learning about the death of another well-known star or personality on the international stage. It was Robin Williams, the guy we were just astounded to see and hear when we watched him perform. "Who is this guy?" I remember thinking to myself when I first watched the show "Mork and Mindy", while still in middle school. Could he really be an alien? It caught me off guard for a moment as this other-worldly being came spilling out of this strange, small man.
Oh, the Olympics: the drama, the personalities, the extraordinary skills of these amazing athletes. Life-long dreams and visions either get dashed with a simple simple fall, or come alive and burst forth in the triumph of near perfection.
