Some of us are really adept at being able to read the signs of what's going on inside, and what wants to heal.

But not always.

Sometime we just can't get a handle on what's at the bottom of things going on within us.

We know something's off, we can feel it.

But what is it? Where does this come from, and why is it happening for me now?

All these questions are really important for you to be asking.

I often like to remind people: "Ask and you shall receive" because this is why I believe that instruction was given to us through Christ's teaching.

Ask what's going inside of you, and you will receive an answer.

But can you hear? Are you listening?

Do you know how to read the signs?

Many of you do, and for some, this is a new path of awakening for you.

Or perhaps, you're very accustomed to being able to read what's coming up for you for healing. But this time, you're really stumped.

This is why I created "Energy Scans".

​No matter if you're really advanced, or just starting off on your journey, or somewhere in between, we are in new times, and these new times are demanding from us new ways of accessing our higher Self.

You can't know what's going on inside of you all the time.

It's a lot of work. Intense work.

And you've got things to do: crises to manage in your life or the lives of others; you have projects you're working on and they demand your time and energy.

"I'll get around to it this weekend" is a standard response, but then the weekend comes, and who feels like digging in and doing the inner work? Are you really going to go there?

I get it. But I also know that this is my own role here, and one that I am given to offer to others when they are seeking insights.

That is all an Energy Scan is: insight.
