So many of you have been reaching out to me online to see how I am faring here Italy, and I want to tell you, everything is FINE. I am fine. I am safe, I am happy, and I am continuing the work I am given to give.

So many of you have been reaching out to me online to see how I am faring here Italy, and I want to tell you, everything is FINE. I am fine. I am safe, I am happy, and I am continuing the work I am given to give.

Overcoming Fear
In the meantime, I want to talk to you a little about fear.

There is so much of it circulating these days, and there really isn't any need for you to be paying attention to, or engaging in, any of it.

Some of you are working on 'overcoming' your fear. Listen to me carefully: you cannot overcome fear.

You cannot attack your fear in order to get rid of it, you cannot choose affirmations that will get you out of it, you cannot do anything with fear, other than use one thing to cause it to be dispelled completely. It is the Light that overcomes darkness, not the other way around.

Choose Love Over Fear
The Course teaches us very specifically that there is only fear or Love, and Love is the only thing that is real.

Fear is not real, it is an illusion. So to give any power to it at all is to give power to nothing. Recognize it for what it is, and choose Love instead.

I'm not talking about self-love here, for although that is important, what we want to do is EXTEND Love outward if we want to HAVE it.

If you are feeling anxious, worried about the future, or for the safety of your family, I want you to consider taking another approach in order to completely eradicate your fear for your survival in these times.

Take Action Through Love
Find someone you know or don't know very well, and extend Love to them through choosing to offer some assistance to them. Take ACTION in Love.

Once you do this, you will be activating, within yourself, the most powerful force there is. And it is the true power within you.

All of us are seeking Love. With anything that you want, you must give it first in order to HAVE it.

Offering Your Help for a Healthier Interior World
If you have a healthy interior world, you will not have any trouble tuning in and asking what you can do: who can I assist right now? You will not have to wait very long for an answer. It comes immediately.

If you're not really clear in your interior world, there are a number of ways you can look into being of assistance right now. There are seniors in your community that need help with getting what they need at the store.

There are parents out there who suddenly find themselves with kids at home, while they may still be needing to go to work. Is there anything you can offer them in terms of your time or assistance, in order to give a hand?

In the US, there is a great community serving website called NextDoor. Here, you can connect with your neighbors, and see what's up, who's in need, and what you can do. If you don't see needs exactly displayed in full, offer something that you can do to help someone out.

Once you find one small thing, any way whatsoever that you can find the compassion and generosity in your heart to help out one of your brothers or sisters, you will find something growing in your heart, and immediately you will realize that all of your fears and anxieties have started to disappear from your life.

You will find your way. Make your interior world of utmost importance at this time. Listen to that still and quiet voice that leads you in any direction that will be the highest and the best for you at this time.

In discovering a way to lend a hand to a stranger, you become that person who shines the Light when so many are in fear right now.

By demonstrating the only true and real power you have, you become a beacon of hope for others to follow your example as well and do the same.
