What a gift that is!

To be honest, I've been facing my own resistance lately and have finally overcome it.

I've been receiving guidance for years now that, in order to grow into what I'm here to do, I need to take the step of putting myself on video and teaching.

Now, the teaching part? No problem. I love teaching. I can teach on the radio, in podcasts, in written word...and I love it!

Putting myself on video? Umm... not so much.

It's not a judgment against myself; it's that I come from a television background and know how to do things right.  So it's very necessary for me to not put out bad work! I simply can't do it! 

But I got over it, just yesterday. How? With the help of a coach who brought me to the understanding that if my guidance is telling me to do a certain thing, something that I want (I love to teach and want to reach more people), then I need to do what it's telling me!
