Spirit is Always with You

You're not ever alone,
but can you read the signs?

You've tried all kinds of things.  You've talked to friends, your partner or someone in your family, but you just can't help feeling misunderstood, so you don't talk to anyone anymore.

Meanwhile you're going through a lot of spiritual books, have been on your journey for a while, and yet still don't understand why you're faced with this challenge.

You pray, you pull cards, go get 'readings' and still nothing seems to make this become really clear for you, so that you can elevate to feeling happier, more at peace, and having higher understandings. This, is where you want to be.

And it's very familiar this thing that's clogging you up at the moment, isn't it?  Does it feel like the same ol' thing you've been dealing with in one form or another, for most of your life it seems?

​'Why does it continue to reappear?' You've asked yourself over and over again!

It's often at these times that you feel most alone. As though no one or nothing can really understand you.

But what I want to convey to you now is that you are always surrounded by Spirit. You are never really alone. 

You are not abandoned. In fact, it is exactly the opposite. You are surrounded by Spirit, there, ready, willing and able to help you.

It may not seem like this is so, as you've tried to reach a higher power, and it always seems like no one, or nothing is there, right?

But I'm here to tell you that this is not so. It could not ever be so. Spirit is there to help you, and I want to assist you in being able to hear the guidance that wants to reach you, OK?

1. First, it's best if you could relax. If you're in the throws of deep despair, or are feeling the emotions rise, wait until it passes, then take a few deep breaths. Three, to be precise.

Why? This re-sets your nervous system. Specifically, your vegus nerve, and this goes directly from your brain to your entire nervous system. It's an important thing.

2. Once you've relaxed a bit, know that there is a power - a higher power - surrounding you. Without this power, you would cease to exist. It's there to help you, support you, and keeps you breathing! 

Take advantage of this higher power, by at least acknowledging that it is there. If you don't believe it is there, you are effectively blocking its ability to reach you. No higher power would ever override your will.

3. Once you have relaxed, and once you have acknowledged that you do have support, it's time to pose some questions to it. If you need to release a long tirade of complaints, then please do so. However, at the end of it all, please do find yourself on your knees, asking for help.

Alright. Are you ready now to communicate with Spirit? To hear what it has to say for you?

I find that if you're fairly new to this practice, what can help is that you start by writing it down. Let your heart pour through your words, clearly. Then pose your questions.

This is how I started when I was but a young teenager, seeking answers to difficult questions so that I could get an understanding. 

I didn't expect to get an answer. But my heart was sincere, and my request was solid. I got answers.

I have been keeping this practice of writing with Spirit all of my life now. And, when I'm not there with pen and paper, I simply ask in my mind.

This is a very advanced level, and I don't recommend it for everyone when you're first starting out. The reason for that is that, because you are new, you may be getting an answer from your ego, and that is not the source of information you will want to be listening to. It can often be angry and vengeful.

Spirit on the other hand, is kind, it's compassionate, and always based in Love.

Isn't that what you want?

Of course, I'm going to want you to know that if you want outside support, it's what I do.

This is my specialty, and my calling. I can hear clearly what Spirit would have you know, and I convey that to you. I do this for all of my clients, and each one of them is so different from the other, and so therefor, the answers they receive are so different from each other!

​Together with the power of Spirit, we can help you heal, and then see through things more clearly, so that you can be finally be free, and truly feel at peace.

And then there becomes this foundation of joy underneath all that you live, and love begins to shine through.

This program above is the one I like the most for these situations. It at least gets you up and out of the plane of existence you're living in now, so that you can see and feel the light of hope and possibility all around you. Yes, ​it is there.
