​Every once in a while I go back to a previous blog post, then record it. This way, people who like to learn by listening, can do that, and it's also available to people who like to learn by reading. Then, the audio recording goes up to my iTunes Podcast, and lives there too, for people who are podcast listeners.

It then gets distributed automatically to SoundCloud, YouTube, iHeartRadio, Spotify and others. I love that! The automation is awesome.

But that's not what I'm here to talk to you about.

I'm here to talk to you about YOU.

You are the one I care about supporting upward.

We all have fantasies of rising upward, but year after year after year, we may continue to be experiencing the same thing.

This is because you're still carrying old ideas that you cling to subconsciously, out of fear (subconscious) and so things never go forward.

It's not you consciously that puts these things there, it's a whole host of elements we are surrounded by, that condition us in certain ways.

This is why coaching is so powerful.

A lot of people say, "Well I don't need anyone to tell me what to do." No, you don't. That's not what coaching is. That's consulting, and of course, no one should ever receive consulting on what they should do with their lives. That shouldn't EVER be part of what a coach does. 

A good coach pulls the best out of you, always, That's their job.

What you can really benefit from, is a set of seeing eyes that can show you the blind spots you're holding, which are held strongly in the subconscious. This is what is keeping you exactly where you are now, which is not moving forward very much.

Ok, maybe this isn't all of you.

I know I have several truly extraordinary individuals on my list because, well, they show up for the things I'm offering, then I get to know them, and then I see what a delight it is to witness their changes!

When I listened to it, it was exactly the thing I needed to hear, right at the moment! It's so amazing when Source guides me directly to what It knows I could use.
