Last night we had a truly lovely Global Energetic Download.

Although I had been quite busy throughout the day, I always make sure with each one of these live events, that I stop, slow down, and meditate for at least an hour prior.

However, to be honest, I'm never quite sure if I will be "ready" enough!

Yet low and behold, Spirit is always willing, and available for us all when we show up, and ask for support and guidance.
