This is a really powerful documentary that I think everyone should see.

Whenever I start working with a new private client, one of the first things I need to check into is how is their health.

I usually don't even have to ask. They'll tell me what's coming up, what's bothering them, as we're working together.

So often I find allergies, weak immune systems, digestive issues, inability to sleep, to think straight, and sometimes things that are a lot worse.

The inability to focus, be clear, plan and take direction is all part of mental health, and so often physical well-being plays a part! If you can't think straight, or if you're always feeling unwell, it's really hard to create your reality as you want it to be!

So I often start with asking about food: "What are you eating? What pharmaceuticals are you on, and why?" Then we go from there.

I ALWAYS have them watch an award-winning documentary by the Institute for Responsible Technology, called "Genetic Roulette". 

Once they see that, they suddenly realize they need to make massive changes, and that it's really not that hard!

Quite quickly, their health improves dramatically, over the course of weeks or months, one by one, their prescriptions become unnecessary, and they never go back to the way life was before. I love to see that! It's so great!

Now I have a client that can think straight, do some inner work, take action on her dreams, and LIVE!

And this is the goal, isn't it?

If you or your family members have unexplained diseases, illness, weight gain, allergies, chronic pain or inflammation... (the list goes on and on...) I highly recommend you  see this documentary.

This is the second one IRT comes out with, and it's called "Secret Ingredients".

It's mind-blowing how many families in the US are suffering! For children especially - anyone on the autistic spectrum - much of this can be resolved and healed more quickly than you think.

But you HAVE to know why this is happening, and what small changes you can make to improve it all.

Your doctor may not have any idea what to do. Many doctors these days are dealing with unexplained illnesses, far more than have ever been present in the US before. There is a reason for it!

You may have been going round and 'round in circles for a really long time with health issues that are hard to diagnose, and hard to treat.

These are NOT normal times, and if you're in the US, you are more exposed to these issues than anywhere else in the world.

Why? Because almost all countries in the world have banned things that damage the health of its population. We, have not.
