Having The Right Coach Can Make Life Such a Breeze... or Not!

There can be a lot of misunderstandings about what a coach can or cannot do for you.

But one thing's for sure. If you're not fully utilizing the person you've hired, then it's likely you're not going to get the results you're seeking.

It depends...

If you have had experiences with multiple coaches, it's likely you've had mixed experiences. Some coaches you had amazing results with, and others well, maybe not so much. Why is that?

Well, it really depends on YOU and where you were at that stage in your life.

If it was one of your first times, it's likely you had a lot of things out of whack, that had been out of whack for a really, really long time.

And so there was a lot of work to do, right?

You had to be pushed, cajoled, moved like Mount Vesuvius to get you to do anything, because you weren't used to this kind of movement.

You weren't used to being uncomfortable with facing your "things"; to also being accountable, and having to make big decisions quickly.

And then, you were likely asked to take action on things you said you were going to do more than 10 years ago, but still hadn't done!

So of course it gets uncomfortable when you're first starting out with a new coach.

Sometimes you just want to strangle them!  Because they're calling you out on your excuses; they're not buying into them and they're seeing them for what they are: holding you back.

If you're having less than ideal results with your current coach, I want to guide you to take control of the situation. This is your product. This is your support. This is something you paid for, so use it in exactly the way you want to use it.

So many people think that their coach is there to tell them what to do. Well... Sometimes yes, and sometimes no. Most of the time you need to be guiding and controlling the situation, so that you get the support you're looking for.
