Life can get irritating at times. Especially for highly spiritual individuals, if we get too entrenched in the day-to-day, and start ignoring the activities we need to engage in to make our dreams happen, we can become irritable, impatient and sad.
The best and fastest way to get over that?
Get a move on your dreams!
Sure we all know that we have "stuff" to do. No one's telling you not to do them. But what is being communicated here, is lay off trying to do more always to fix situations that aren't yours to fix.
to organize things to such a hilt that you're going over board
to start thinking of letting go of some of those details you can at times feel so obsessed about when,
What you really need to be doing is moving forward on your dreams.
Let's face it, we can all find excuses to be staying away from taking those big steps we know we want to take. There can be a million gazillion distractions available to you on Facebook, social media, TV, the back of your closets.... but the thing is, you're not getting done the things you know you want to get done, because you are avoiding them.
Because you can be afraid of your own power and impact.
What makes us do this?
The comfort zone of staying small. For women especially, we can get obsessed with the details. But hey, listen up here, the details are never going to go away! they won't! there will be more and more and more and more and more.
Why are you doing this?
So you can avoid being noticeable.
Everyone woman wants to fit in, and get along. It's in her nature, and even brain studies have shown, that when everything is in order, and all the players in her life are happy and taken care of, and that essentially, she has created harmony around her, her brain chemistry produces seratonin, which then in turn makes her feel happy and pleasurable and that all is well with her life and her world.
Well, we want to start feeling that way, when we are accomplishing the big steps in our goals.
What are your goals? Is it really to clean out the closet? Hire a high-schooler to come over and do some of the work for you. You make the decisions, but use that index finger and point to what needs to be done, so that it gets done. Not by you, by someone else. It's called delegation.
You have bigger fish to fry. Getting angry and upset at little nothings is a sure sign that you are wasting time on trivial things. Things that are not worth your time and energy.
God has put you in this world to shine a light. That light is within you. All that education, training, life experience and resourcefulness you have gained over the years is there for a reason.
Use them! Put them to their highest and best use! Don't be playing small, and expecting to be happy, because you weren't meant to be playing small! You were meant to be shining your light in whatever area or zone of genius that you shine your light best in.
My loving best,
