Wishing You Your Greatest Year Yet​

​​More than likely you've been thinking about your life, and taking stock of all the multi-faceted layers that make it up. It's what we do at this time of the year, when we break away from our normal routines and play and rest a while with those we love. You might be deciding what you'd like to be, do, or have in 2018, and what will be involved in taking the right steps toward it.

All of us have a function to fill in this world - a purpose for which we were born, and inherently have a deep desire to fulfill. When we are engaged in it, it brings us joy and more expansion in our lives. It lifts us and simultaneously inspires others. It contributes overall to a more conscious world. It helps create more freedom from barriers we thought could not be overcome.

This function you have has nothing to do with what other people are doing, being, or saying. It is instead your own True Self, the Self that the Creator created, and that which makes you holy. It is this very Self that leads and guides you every step of the way toward the highest fulfillment of your function and joy.

So when following your inner guidance on the day-to-day this year, pay no attention to what others might say about the new bold steps you're taking. What they are saying is none of your affair. It's enough for you to stay focused in following your own inner impulses, and acting on them. This alone will require an enormous amount of courage on your part.

You are worth it. Your dreams, desires and passions are worth it. They are the indicators that point the way forward for you. Follow them. The resulting joy and wellbeing you'll experience far outweigh any safety or security you think you feel by not following them. Joy is always the resulting state when living your True Self.

May we all find the courage to step up to the calling of our True Selves this year. That we fulfill our function, and assist in moving one step closer to the Heaven on Earth that is our birthright. May we all contribute to elevating this world to that place of peace, empowerment, and joy.
