​Projection is an unconscious defense mechanism stemming from the ego.

In projection, you take an unacceptable part of yourself, such as your feelings, thoughts, tendencies, and fears, disown it, and place it onto someone else.
​
Projections contain our blind spots.

Although almost everyone has engaged in projection at some point in their lives, it's often difficult to know when you're doing it. ​

It means going within, and seeing what's there. That's what these two, current and simultaneously planetary retrogrades are all about: to see what's there.

And guess what? So does a transition of signs with Libra going into Scorpio: time to dig deep!

My encouragement is for you to take time out: to deal with it head on. 

Do lots of journaling, excavating, discovering of old beliefs that are really out-of-date for you, and create new ones.

Above all else, have faith that all is in Divine Order!

I know you will make it to the other side. And I'm sharing all of this with you so that you - if you're doing your good inner work - will know this too: Everything is on the other side of you clearing your projection.

So clear. Clear. Clear.

Until you start to see things in your projection start to change. If nothing's getting better, keep working at it.

​​What this looks like is:

• stay home

 

• turning off the technology

 

• get your journal out and start identifying your real feelings

 

• ask a lot of questions

 

• be open to answers you're not expecting, or couldn't have come up with yourself

 

• be patient

 

• be kind with yourself

 

• stop blaming yourself, or making yourself feel guilty for going through this.

 

• recognize you're doing the hard work that hardly anyone else can do

 

• Realize, that all you do for your own interior has an effect of healing others that you could not ever know, or would ever see. You are healing the part of the grid you are aligned with at the moment

 

• remember this too shall pass

 

• stick with it, and don't give up!
